In 1978, Tony Leaves assumed the role of Managing Director, spearheading our company's growth and diversification.
Today, in addition to our roots in residential and small business projects, we have successfully ventured into major commercial works, historical preservation, and comprehensive repairs. These expansions reflect our ongoing dedication to excellence while preserving the familial values and ethical standards that have been embedded in our organisation from the very beginning.

FROM THE BEGINNING
Established in 1954 by our founder, affectionately known as 'Grandad' Leaves, our journey began with just one van, three family members, and an unwavering dedication to the highest standards of workmanship.
Initially focused on modest residential projects within the Portsmouth vicinity, our company experienced rapid expansion over the years.
As we entered the following decade, we broadened our client base, extended our geographic reach, and augmented our team, seamlessly transitioning into handling a diverse array of residential and commercial ventures. Our growth trajectory continued unabated throughout the '90s, marked by our successful foray into the public sector.
Today, we remain true to our foundational values while celebrating our family's enduring legacy. We have evolved into one of the South's most esteemed Building and Maintenance Contractors, serving a wide spectrum of clients, including individual homeowners, commercial enterprises, and public sector entities.
